Step UP Program

PKM does a great job at ensuring you know your expectations at each level of your career. We are given ample opportunities to provide feedback, elicit help and provide recommendations to help improve the communication of expectations and the execution of meeting these expectations. At each level of promotion, the Step UP program is provided to help ease you into the new role while also providing opportunities to ask questions of others within that role through break-out sessions. This program allows you to spend a little extra time getting familiar with your new responsibilities, gaining insight into others’ experiences at the respective level and providing multiple resources for helping achieve success at the next level. As a recent participant of Step UP, I thoroughly enjoyed the session. The Step UP program is just another great benefit of being part of PKM!
