PKM meets all of my needs

Working at PKM is not my first job. I have worked for many mortgage companies and banks, both big and small. My friends and family know that I have recently started a new job doing work that is sort of brand new to me, and when they ask if I am enjoying it, my answer is always an almost surprising, “Yes!”
After doing the same job for many years, I was looking for something new and different when I came across the opportunity at PKM. I was excited to take my experience and skills to a brand new job, but as a mother, I was worried about the traveling involved. I can honestly say that the partners and managers at PKM are worried about it too. Everyone at PKM works hard at making it a great place to work. From arranging schedules so that traveling doesn’t become a problem, to designing an office space that is open, inviting, and technologically advanced, the people of PKM are committed to making it a great place to work for everyone, no matter what stage of their career.
The work – life balance at PKM is better than I could have imagined. One of the biggest parts of making people happy at their jobs is the people they work with and for. PKM understands that and wants their employees to know each other, support each other, and enjoy working together. In a business where the employees work on different jobs with different schedules and often at different places, it is difficult to get to know your co-workers. At PKM, we get to know our colleagues through firm outings, holiday parties and community involvement opportunities. There are various office gatherings as well, including the most recent “Soup Cook Off” where employees brought in their favorite soup, and everyone voted on which was their favorite.
The bottom line is that PKM understands that every employee is different and has different needs. They strive to meet those needs. Whether you are just starting out in your career or you are a seasoned employee looking to try something new, PKM has something to offer.
