More than just a brand

Since beginning my internship here at PKM back in November, I’ve learned so much about the ins and outs of marketing for a CPA and Advisory firm, which differs greatly from your average consumer and customer service oriented marketing. It has been a challenging, yet very rewarding experience that has pushed me to think outside of the box, all while utilizing the knowledge I already have. Beyond the new set of skills and tools I’ve acquired since starting here, one of the most important things I’ve learned so far about PKM and being a part of their marketing team, is that we’re more than just a brand. I never imagined I would get the opportunity to be a part of such a strong company culture and spirit such as PKM. Because of this, I believe it makes my job easier to show to the world how PKM lives up to their motto “Always Accretive”. Their deep value in providing each and every client with top quality services, making sure all employee are well taken care of, and giving back to the community through charity work and volunteering shows how PKM is always striving to improve and grow. This genuine devotion to being “Always Accretive” and appreciating both the clients and employees that help make PKM so great, makes my work a lot more exciting and fun. It’s no wonder why the firm has been crowned “Best Places to Work For” by Accounting Today for 5 years running.
